Effective 27 September 2026. What BAGGED collects, why, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy explains what BAGGED collects when you use baggedfamily.com, why, and the choices you have. BAGGED is a non-custodial launchpad on Solana; we hold as little personal data as possible and we do not run identity checks. By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use. It is not offered to US persons or the other restricted jurisdictions listed in our Terms.
We collect: (1) your public wallet address and the public on-chain activity tied to it (launches, buys, bags and payouts) when you connect a wallet or interact with the Service; (2) information that is already public on the blockchain and on public profiles, which we use to identify and display traders and coins; and (3) basic technical and analytics data that most websites collect, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP, used to keep the site working, secure and measured, and to apply the geographic restrictions in our Terms. On-chain data is public by nature, permanent, and not controlled by BAGGED. We do not run KYC and we do not ask for or store your name, government ID, email (unless you send us one), or private keys.
We use this information to operate and secure the Service, to build and calculate bags and payouts, to display traders, coins and receipts, to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our Terms and geographic restrictions, to comply with the law and sanctions screening, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
We rely on third-party wallet and hosting infrastructure providers to run the Service, including blockchain access, hosting and content delivery, storage and analytics. These providers process data only to provide those services to us and are bound by their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of BAGGED, our users or the public. We do not name individual vendors here; we can describe the categories on request.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run third-party ad networks on the Service.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to measure usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking non-essential cookies does not stop you using the core Service.
We keep off-chain data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. On-chain data lives on Solana permanently and is outside our control; we cannot delete or alter it.
You can use much of the site without connecting a wallet. You can disconnect your wallet at any time and control cookies in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the off-chain personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing; contact us and we will respond as the law requires. Traders can opt out of being targeted at any time; the process is described at baggedfamily.com/docs#opt-out.
The Service is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice through the Service. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
